4. Contact us on Instagram with your Shopify order number.
5. We inspect the shoes and confirm the final repair details.
6. After the repair is completed, your shoes will be shipped back to you.

SHIPPING TO OUR WORKSHOP

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping to our workshop in Taiwan.

After checkout, you will receive our shipping address and packing instructions.

Please send your tracking number and Shopify order number to us through Instagram.

RETURN SHIPPING

International return shipping is charged separately according to the destination country and parcel weight.

We will confirm the return shipping fee before shipping your repaired shoes.

IMPORTANT REPAIR INFORMATION

The final repair condition can only be confirmed after we receive and inspect the shoes.

Additional damage may include:

• Worn rand rubber
• Toe damage
• Delamination
• Aged rubber or materials
• Structural damage

We will contact you through Instagram before performing any additional paid repair.

No additional paid work will be performed without your approval.

Severely damaged or aged shoes may be declined if we cannot guarantee a durable repair.

CUSTOMS DESCRIPTION

Recommended parcel description:

Used climbing shoes sent to Taiwan for repair and return. Not for resale.

Customers are responsible for following the customs regulations of their own country.

The NT$500 inspection deposit will be deducted from the final repair price if you proceed with the repair.

If you decide not to proceed after inspection, the inspection deposit is non-refundable. Return shipping will be charged separately.
